1. Agreement to Terms

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation will apply to your purchase.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. We may accept or reject orders at our sole discretion. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email.

We accept payment via credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and bank transfer. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Australia only. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
