Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia:

• New South Wales (NSW)
• Victoria (VIC)
• Queensland (QLD)
• Western Australia (WA)
• South Australia (SA)
• Tasmania (TAS)
• Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
• Northern Territory (NT)

Note: Delivery times to remote areas may be longer than estimated. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes—please provide a street address.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on business days are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Bank transfer orders are dispatched once payment has cleared.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this information to monitor the delivery status of your order.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued where:

• The wrong product was shipped;
• The item arrived damaged or defective;
• The order was cancelled before dispatch; or
• The product is deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days of approval.

You will receive confirmation once your refund has been issued.
